It hardly feels like the season, but Sioux Falls Parks and Rec is gearing up for this year’s Winter Wonderland at Falls Park. Workers began hanging over 25 miles of Christmas lights and decorating about 270 trees this week. An added feature this year the Jacobson Plaza Ice Ribbon will be opened as soon as weather allows.
