A 70-year-old Sioux Falls man is dead, and another man is jailed in what started out as a weapons violation. 54-year-old Timothy Bellonger was arrested on a second-degree murder charge in the death of the victim. When police arrived at the scene early yesterday afternoon they found the victim with serious injuries. He later died at a local hospital. More information is expected later today.
