Washington D.C (KELO.com) — Congressman Dusty Johnson says work has to be done to head off a government shutdown at the end of the month. He calls shutdowns stupid. Johnson says he’s hopeful an agreement can be reached to delay the showdown long enough to reach agreement in problem areas.
