Pierre, SD (KELO.com) — Governor Larry Rhoden is unveiling a new task force on Correctional Rehabilitation. It’s tied to the proposal to build a new men’s penitentiary in Sioux Falls, which is the focus of a special Legislative session set for next week. The Task Force would be assigned the task of developing rehab programming to be conducted in the new facility.
