Philadelphia, PA, (KELO.com) — A South Dakota man admits he tried to deliver national defense information to someone he thought was a Russian Agent. John Rowe, Junior of Lead worked for decades on classified U.S defense programs. The 67-year-old pleaded guilty to attempting to communicate the classified material, which included Air Force electronic countermeasure systems. The FBI says Rowe’s actions put national security at risk.
