South Dakota’s higher education enrollment numbers are up

South Dakota’s public university system is enjoying modest growth.
The six public universities have more than 36-thousand students for the second straight year.
The state’s technical colleges have seen the strongest growth, with Mitchell Tech up by 8.6-percent from a year ago.
Dakota State also set a new record high, with more than 38-hundred students enrolled this fall.
