SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — The third annual Latino Festival and Parade in downtown Sioux falls is being cancelled over concerns about ICE and Operation Prairie Thunder. The South Dakota Hispanic Chamber of Commerce says rising anti-immigrant sentiment and the governor’s partnership with ICE make the event unsafe.
