SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Governor Larry Rhoden says “Operation Prairie Thunder” is producing big results. He told KELOLAND News officers made 174 drug arrests – including 44 felonies – in just over three days. The Governor says it’s taking gang members and suspects with cartel ties off the streets. 14 cases were reported to ICE.
