SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — The newest candidate for Mayor in Sioux Falls is going to get some high-flying help. Christine Erickson’s brother Adam Vinatieri will appear at a campaign fundraiser next month. Vinatieri was a placekicker at SDSU who went on to kick for the New England Patriots and Indianapolis Colts for 24 seasons, becoming one of the greatest place kickers of all time.
