SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Persistent rain has Road Construction projects in the Sioux Falls area falling behind schedule. Krista May of Infrastructure Design Group says the rain has construction running about three weeks behind schedule. Despite that, she says contractors are still on track to open intersections just east of Arrowhead and Veterans Parkways to provide better access to area apartment complexes. Contractors are also working to provide access to Lincoln High school traffic in time for school to open.
