SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — The chairman of the Federal Communications Commission is setting his sights high on the future of technology and broadcasting. Brenden Carr is in Sioux Falls this week to launch his Build America Agenda. It is an ambitious plan to connect the entire nation to the latest technology to deliver high speed internet. Carr says it’s part of President Trump’s vision for a new golden era for the U.S. As part of the plan he wants to streamline regulations to make way for building the latest in electronic infrastructure. Carr also wants to get rid of old and outdated regulations. He was appointed chairman of the FCC earlier this year by President Trump.
