The condition has worsened of the woman who was injured in an assault in downtown Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A woman injured in an assault in downtown Sioux Falls earlier this week is now suffering from a life-threatening brain bleed.  Authorities arrested 45-year old Jubal Rattler, who’s being held on a 100-thousand dollar bond.  Rattler is accused of pushing the woman off a retaining wall under the 8th Street Bridge near Phillips Avenue.
