PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — A new South Dakota law aims to limit kids’ access to books with sexual content.  It requires schools and public libraries to restrict material deemed harmful to minors.  Sioux Falls Republican Representative Bethany Soye sponsored the bill.  She says it’s about protecting children, not censoring adults.
