WASHINGTON, DC (KELO.com) — A new report raises ethics questions about former Governor Kristi Noem’s finances while she was in office in Pierre. Left-leaning outlet ProPublica says she secretly accepted 80-thousand dollars through a nonporfit tied to her political career. The report says she didn’t include the money on her required financial disclosure forms when she was nominated as Secretary of Homeland Security. Noem’s lawyer claims she disclosed all of her income.
