Sioux Falls, SD (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls police are still investigating several recent shooting incidents; however, they think they found some answers in at least one case. Surveillance video identified two suspects in a Sunday evening shooting at 12th and Summit. 36-year old Chris Fulks was arrested for aggravated assault and a weapon violation. They’re still looking for Jabriel Fears, who’s wanted on an arrest warrant that carries a 250-thousand dollar cash bond. Information officer, Sam Clemens, says if you see Fears, take caution.
