SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — The Project Prison Reset Task Force has two new potential sites to consider for a new men’s penitentiary. One of them just east of I-229 between Rice Street and Benson Road in Sioux Falls. There’s also a site that’s been offered for sale near Box Elder that appears to have local support. The Task Force meets again July 8th.
