Over a million dollars going towards job training at the penitentiary

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Over one and a half million dollars is going to support skilled trades education and job training at the Penitentiary.  The money comes from the Governor’s Office of Economic Development.  Governor Rhoden says it’s about investing in people and believing in second chances.
