The South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation is getting some extra help to protect children from online predators. Attorney General Marty Jackley says the DCI received a one hundred thousand dollar grant from the Attorney General Alliance. It will be used to buy equipment and provide training for the DCI’s “Internet Crimes Against Children Task force.” Last year, the task force investigated 900 Internet-based child sexual exploitation cases.
