Pierre, SD (KELO.com) — The South Dakota Department of Health is taking action to curb a measles outbreak in the state. The DOH is sponsoring a series of public vaccination clinics over the next three weeks. The clinics are all in the central and western part of the state, where four measles cases have been reported.
