SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — The doors are closing on the “Eat Well Sioux Falls Mobile Market”…but supporters are hoping it’s temporary. The Mobile Market was launched nearly two years ago as a pilot project of Sioux Falls Thrive to make affordable groceries available to neighborhoods that don’t have grocery stores. In this age of budget cuts, Thrive President Michelle Erpenbach expects to see more non-profit social service agencies dealing with the same struggle. This Friday will be the Mobile Market’s final day of operation as supporters work on developing a workable business plan.
