SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Police are piecing together a string of events involving stolen keys, stolen vehicles, broken windows and a vehicle fire. 35 year old city resident Kenneth Holland faces numerous charges, including the theft of a city bus. Police Information Officer Sam Clemens says it all began shortly after five Friday morning.
Holland tried to flee when officers caught up with him, but he was quickly captured.
