Early design on Frank Olson pool replacement released

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — The Sioux Falls City Council got a peek at early design work for the new Frank Olson pool and recreation center.  Parks and Recreation Director Don Kearney says the project includes indoor recreation and fitness facilities, because public surveys show that’s what the public wants.
