PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — A Pierre woman has been charged with four counts of falsifying her own medical marijuana card while working as an employee of the South Dakota Department of Health. 24-year old Alexandra Feiner could face up to ten years in prison if convicted of the charges against her. Attorney General Marty Jackley says she allegedly used her position of trust as an employee of the health department for her own personal benefit.
