SDSU President: reconciliation bill provisions will mean higher costs

BROOKINGS, SD (KELO.com) — SDSU President Barry Dunn is warning of higher costs and a loss of work study and federal loans as a result of the reconciliation bill.  He says research funding is drying up, and federal education cuts could make things worse.  The University is pulling back the spending throttle and asking its foundation for more scholarship help.
