South Dakota measles free – cases increasing elsewhere

PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — South Dakota Health officials are watching, but so far, no measles cases in the state. The sickness is spreading nationally, with about a thousand cases so far. South Dakota’s vaccination rates have declined in recent years, hovering at just over 90-percent.
