SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls police have closed West 12th street from Hawthorne to Western Avenues, with a SWAT team, squad cars and ambulances on site. Police Information Officer Sam Clemens said a subject related to a crime was barricaded in the Deluxe Motel. Officer Clemens said he was uncertain about what led to the situation.
