Lincoln County cuts speed limit on key roads

CANTON, SD (KELO.com) — Lincoln County commissioners want residents to slow down – at least on some of the busiest roads in the county.  The commission has voted unanimously to reduce the speed limits on those roads from 55 to 45 miles per hour.  Recent accidents and high traffic volumes led to their decision.
