WASHINGTON, DC (KELO.com) — The Trump administration has dismissed a case they call a politically motivated witch hunt over a fence line. A South Dakota ranching family – Charles and Heather Maude – was being threatened with prison time and a quarter of a million dollar fine by the Biden Administration in a disagreement over 50 acres of federal land that adjoins their west-river property. Governor Rhoden will join administration officials and the Maudes in Washington, DC tomorrow to celebrate the dismissal.
