SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — It’s a little late for the prime ice season, but Jacobson Plaza at Falls Park is nearing completion. In fact, The Lodge Bar and Grill at Jacobson Plaza will open tomorrow at 11am for the first time. The menu focuses on family-friendly items from burgers to appetizers. the building also includes a warming house, fire pit areas, an expansive outdoor patio and rentable gathering spaces.
Construction is nearly complete in the park itself, which includes a 14,000-square-foot year-round outdoor skate ribbon, Sioux Falls’ largest playground and splash pad, and an off-leash dog park. Jacobson Plaza at The Falls is located is adjacent to the Levitt Shell and The Steel District development at 800 N. Phillips Ave. An official grand opening for both Jacobson Plaza and The Lodge will take place in July
