SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — The owners are under federal investigation for alleged immigration violations, but the Hibachi Grill and Buffet is back open for business in Sioux Falls. The restaurant appeared to be busy over the weekend. Four of the business’ owners and managers are accused of hiring illegal immigrants, and of illegally deducting money from their paychecks for housing, transportation an other expenses. They’ve all pleaded not guilty.
