SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Now that you’re done with your taxes, you may be looking for a safe way to dispose of some old records. The South Dakota Better Business Bureau is teaming up with Crime Stoppers to make that happen. This Saturday, you can take boxes and bags of records to four locations in Sioux Falls to have them securely shredded for a small donation. BBB’s Jesse Schmidt says an important step to protect your identity.
Giving the donations to Crime Stoppers is a move greatly appreciated by Police Chief Jon Thum.
You can take your documents to Washington, Lincoln, Jefferson and Sioux Falls Christian High School parking lots from 8am to noon on Saturday.
