PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Governor Larry Rhoden has appointed the new commissioner for the Governor’s Office of Economic Development. Bill Even of Tea currently serves as the CEO of the National Pork Board in Des Moines, and served in a number of state government positions under former Governor Mike Rounds. Rhoden calls him the right leader to drive the state’s economy forward.
