$5000 Reward being offered in search for missing woman

PARMELEE, SD (KELO,com) — A five-thousand dollar reward is being offered for information on a missing Rosebud woman.  22-year old Savannah Standing Bear was last seen in Parmelee on march 24th.  The Rosebud Sioux Tribe is partnering with federal, state and local law enforcement in the search.  Standing Bear was wearing a black shirt, jeans and white Nike shoes when she disappeared.  She has a tattoo of the word “Loyalty” on her neck.
