High-risk offender about to be released from prison

PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — He’s a high-risk offender who’s about to go free from prison.  43-year old Moises Aguilar-Hernandez has served his entire sentence and will be released from the Penitentiary in Sioux Falls this Thursday.  He was sentenced for sexual contact with a child under the age of 16 in the Huron area, and will be released there.  State Corrections Secretary Kellie Wasko says Aguilar-Hernandez is a high risk to re-offend based on his criminal history involving sex offenses and institutional assessments.  Since he is completing his entire sentence, Aguilar-Hernandez will not be on parole.
