PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — South Dakota’s Department of Social Services is losing three million dollars in grants from the Federal Government. The U-S Department of Health and Human Services terminated the grants for behavioral health initiatives. The money was from the “American Rescue Plan” from the pandemic. The grants were already scheduled to end in September.
