PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — A new law approved by this year’s legislature is the target of a lawsuit. The law changes the deadline for submitting petitions for ballot measures, moving it from May to February. The suit was filed by Rick Weiland and Dakotans for Health, which had two measures on the 2024 ballot.
