MADISON, SD (KELO.com) — South Dakota electric co-ops are extending a helping hand to our neighbors to the south. 20 line workers headed south to the Lincoln and Omaha areas to help restore power after this week’s powerful winter storm. The storm cut power to the area, with some parts of Omaha expected to be in the dark through the weekend.
