Sen. Mike Rounds (R-S.D.)
WASHINGTON, DC (KELO.com) — It isn’t the method he followed, but Senator Mike Rounds is on board with President Trump’s move to dismantle the U-S Department of Education. The President issued an executive order to that effect yesterday. Earlier this year, Senator Rounds introduced a bill in Congress to accomplish the same thing. Regardless, Rounds calls the President’s move a step in the right direction, saying it’s time to shut down the DOE.
