Governor Rhoden hits the road with business promotion

PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Governor Larry Rhoden is wasting no time in launching his “Open for Opportunity Tour”.  That’s a slight variation of the “Open for Business” campaign touted by former Governor Kristi Noem.  Governor Rhoden is kicking off a tour of communities across the state in Sioux Falls Thursday afternoon.
