SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Law enforcement officials have issued an Amber Alert for a one year old child who was abducted in Sioux Falls at about 9:30pm Thursday. Javion Bluebird was last seen wearing a gray nylon shirt, Pampers diaper and white crew socks. He was forcibly abducted from his grandmother’s home in Sioux Falls. Authorities say a weapon was displayed during the abduction.
Javion was taken by Lelana Sitting Up. A 17-year old female was in Sitting Up’s companionship at the time of the incident. Authorities also say Sitting Up is in a relationship with the child’s non-custodial father, Jade White. They were driving a white, early 2000’s Chevrolet Impala with a loud exhaust.
