PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — South Dakota Public Broadcasting is set to make a last-ditch effort to restore at least part of its budget. Former Governor Kristi Noem proposed cutting 3.6-million dollars from the Public Broadcasting budget request. The Legislature’s Joint Appropriations Committee is scheduled to set the agency’s budget Tuesday morning.
