SD House approves stripping carbon capture pipeline projects of power of eminent domain

PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — For a third straight year, carbon capture pipeline opponents are pushing for protection from eminent domain.  Pipeline proponents say it’s a tool needed to get a major CO2 line through the state.  Canton Representative Karla Lems convinced her colleagues in the state house to reject that tool.
