SD House committee votes to remove eminent domain from CO2 pipeline projects

PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Eminent Domain powers would be off the table for Carbon Capture pipelines in South Dakota under a bill passed in a legislative committee this morning.  Pro pipeline lobbyist Brett Koenecke says it’s necessary to the process.
