70 year old Brookings man charged in two arson cases

BROOKINGS, SD (KELO.com) — A 70-year old Brookings man faces arson and property damage charges. Peter Luze is accused of setting two fires – both near Pioneer Park just west of downtown. He’s awaiting his first court appearance.
