PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — The move to create Education Savings Accounts has picked up some high-powered support. The Majority Leaders of both chambers of the South Dakota Legislature have signed on as primary sponsors of the bill to make it happen. Secretary of Education Joseph Graves is also on board, saying they will unleash the positive, powerful forces of competition in the educational marketplace. Leading education groups across the state are gearing up to oppose the measure.
