PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — The halls of the South Dakota Capitol building are all decked out in Christmas decor, and the lights come on tomorrow night. 92 decorated trees adorn the building – including the featured tree, which is a 28 foot Colorado Blue Spruce. Governor Noem will flip the switch to add lights Tuesday evening at seven.
