SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — As expected, an election lawsuit involving both sides of the Abortion Amendment G on South Dakota’s ballot has been dismissed. Both sides requested the dismissal. The suit challenged the petition signature collection process, but that became a moot point when the amendment was defeated.
