PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Several elections will take place in Pierre Friday night, as legislators convene at the capitol. Lawmakers will be electing members to the legislative leadership positions. Some observers say we could see changes, as there is a large number of new legislators, many of whom are more conservative than their predecessors.
