FARGO, ND (KELO.com) — Two arrests in South Dakota and one in Fargo appear to be tied to a series of ATM thefts in the region. Police say the group is from Venezuela, and has been involved in “jackpotting” ATM’s. They’re accused of using a computer virus to get into the machines and steal money. Two other suspects were arrested near Watertown. Fargo police say area banks have been hit with thefts that total almost 100-thousand dollars.
