Beating victim dies, murder charges filed

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls attempted murder case has now become a murder case.  Police Information Officer Sam Clemens says the charges against 59-year old John Buckly Mitchell stem from a violent assault last month.
